Frase allows you to customize the output of the AI Writer via a custom AI tool.
So for example, if you always want to include five question and answer pairs in an FAQ section based a page title you input, you could design a custom AI Tool to ensure that the AI Writer creates an output that matches that exact criterion. We also provide sample input and output sections, so the AI has a better idea of what you're looking for.
First, navigate to the AI Tools section and click "+ New AI tool" button.
After you name the tool, you will be brought to the Custom AI Tool editor. In the "Prompt" section, write as if you would to ChatGPT, except the input should be enclosed by %. For example, in the screenshot below, a page title should be the input to get question-answer pairings, so the prompt is "Write 5 Question-Answer pairings based on this %page title%" (screenshot below).
From there, write in a sample input and output (screenshot below).
Now you can test different inputs in the right side panel (screenshot below).
Other considerations
A few other options to be aware of, listed below:
- Description: This description field will define your tool's purpose.
- Category: The category where the tool will reside (examples: Advertising, Blog, Copywriting, Email, ect.)
- Publish to Community: By default, your custom tool will only be available to you and your team (if any). If you test the output at least 5 times, flipping on "Publish to Community" on to green will share it with all Frase users in the "Community" section.
- Personality: Defining tone, style and/or the type of person the output should mimic.
